TB-500 is a synthetic version of a peptide your body already produces called Thymosin Beta-4. It is found in almost every cell in your body and plays a key role in how your cells move, multiply, and repair themselves. What makes TB-500 special is that its healing effects are systemic — meaning it works throughout your whole body, not just at one injury site. Athletes and researchers are particularly interested in it for recovery from chronic injuries and improving overall flexibility.
TB-500 works by increasing the availability of a protein called actin, which cells use to move and rebuild themselves. Think of actin as the scaffolding that cells climb to get to where they are needed. By boosting actin, TB-500 helps repair cells travel faster to injury sites, builds new blood vessels to improve circulation, and calms down the inflammatory signals that cause chronic pain and stiffness. While BPC-157 tends to work best at a specific injury site, TB-500 travels through your whole system.
Typical Dose
2–2.5 mg twice per week

Twice weekly (loading phase), then once weekly (maintenance)
Route
Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection
Cycle Length

CLINICAL NOTES
Often stacked with BPC-157 for synergistic healing effects. The "Wolverine Stack" (BPC-157 + TB-500) is one of the most popular healing protocols.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is almost always run alongside BPC-157 for a synergistic healing protocol.
The gold-standard healing stack. BPC-157 handles local repair; TB-500 drives systemic recovery and new blood vessel formation.
GHK-Cu complements TB-500's angiogenic effects with collagen remodeling and anti-inflammatory action.
A GH pulse from CJC-1295 amplifies TB-500's tissue regeneration effects.
